God is doing exciting things in Ipswich. In unprecedented ways Christians are spearheading vital social action initiatives, consolidating steadily and attracting both respect and funding: important liaisons and partnerships are forming and lives are being changed.

Christian unity is vital and urgent. We can do more together than Is possible alone.
is forming from across the denominations to bring a clear voice of communication, to support, encourage, facilitate and initiate Christian work town-wide, and to work towards a cohesion which can be understood by those outside as well as within the church.

 It seems that God is doing a "new thing" in calling many towns to united Christian initiatives in their local communities. We heard recently from Graham Hutchinson from One Voice York, a vibrant group representing 62 co-operating churches and "rooted in agreement and relationship rather than tradition or compromise".
